When will my order ship?

Most physical orders ship within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted. Pre-orders or signed book bundles may take a bit longer, but I’ll always keep you in the loop via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs. Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Are signed books or personalized orders returnable?

Signed or customized items are made just for you and are final sale unless they arrive damaged. If your item was damaged in transit, contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right!

Where do I get my bonus content or digital downloads?

Most digital goodies (like bonus epilogues, sneak peeks, and reader rewards) are delivered via BookFunnel. After checkout or sign-up, you'll get an email with your download link. Lost it? Just reach out and I’ll resend it.

Can I return or exchange an item?

For physical merchandise (like apparel or mugs), returns are handled through the third party seller. If purchased through Bex, shipped from Bex, unused items within 14 days of delivery can be returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. To start a return, email me at shopifywithbex@gmail.com

Digital items are non-refundable once delivered.

I ordered both merch and books — will they ship together?

Maybe! Some items ship directly from me, while others are fulfilled by trusted partners. That means your order may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry,  you’ll get tracking info for each one.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Not at the moment, but I’m always looking for ways to add extra magic to your unboxing experience. Stay tuned for future options!

Can I get ARCs, signed copies, or wholesale orders?
